Beth Finkelstein, Founder

For over 20 years my career was in the social sector, where I got to lead some incredible not for profit organizations in New York City. I served as the Executive Vice President of the National Down Syndrome Society, Executive Director of the New York Center for Children and Executive Director of Felicity House.

As a non-profit leader, I learned quickly that the most important resource any organization has to fulfill its mission is its people. This has inspired me to work with my coaching clients in a way that maximizes their impact and performance, but also supports their overall mental health, wellbeing and happiness.

I earned my master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from New York University. I also have a certification in executive coaching from Columbia University.

In addition to my private coaching practice, I serve as a coach at Keep Company, where I provide group coaching for working caregivers. I am also a Blended Care Mental Health Coach at Lyra.

I live in New Jersey with my husband, daughter, and menagerie of rescued pets.
